Evadne Giannini, owner of HospitalityGreen LLC started working in the environmental field in the early 90’s as the recycling coordinator and the clean community’s coordinator for Leonia in Bergen County, New Jersey. Her programs won both national and state awards.

 

From Bergen County, under a USEPA contract as a Recycling Economic Development Advocate, Evadne moved to the Delaware Economic Development Office. Completing the EPA 18 month contract, she was appointed as Delaware’s first Green Industries Business Developer under Governor Carper. 

 

Moving back to the Northeast, she worked in private industry developing green programs for institutions (colleges, hospitals, universities and live-in facilities).  Ms. Giannini has also worked in operations and product delivery for the hospitality industry throughout the United States.

 

Currently Evadne teaches courses in sustainability and green facility management for SUNY's Adult Education and Workforce Development Departments.
